Waterworks is the second Guardian of Blasterball 3, encountered on Stage 20. Its appearance is that of a glowing green dome (but it changes colors as it loses health) that resides at the top of the stage. There are also two pipes on either side of the stage, which Waterworks uses to blow bubbles that can deflect the ball when hit. When a bubble is hit by the ball, it'll split into two smaller bubbles (unless the bubble is very small, then it just pops). As Waterworks loses health, it'll start to produce bubbles more frequently.
